Location: Hybrid remote with required in-person participation for offsites throughout the year. Open to candidates in the United States and United Kingdom.

Salary: £59,400–£66,000 + target bonus + target equity + benefits

What you will do

• Act as the key point of contact for group leads and projects throughout the deal lifecycle, from launch to token claiming.
• Own and manage key operational processes, including document preparation, payment operations, and preparing for token generation events.
• Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of legal documents, including preparation, review, execution tracking, and secure archival.
• Lead operational onboarding for new group leads, ensuring compliance and a positive experience.
• Drive continuous operational process improvements, documentation, and standardization for efficiency and scalability.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in an operations and/or administrative role.
• Experience working in a high-growth startup environment with lean teams.
• Knowledge of fund and onchain related compliance operations, including AML/KYC/Wallet screening software.
• Ability to implement scalable and efficient operational processes.
• Strong interest or experience in digital assets and private investments with knowledge of onchain tooling.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively across different disciplines.

Nice to have

• Experience as a paralegal or in an administrative role within the legal or finance industry.
• Experience working for a venture fund or private equity firm.
• Knowledge of securities laws.
• Demonstrated experience managing relationships with sophisticated, high-net-worth (HNW) or institutional clients.
