What you will do

• Create compelling visual design solutions for digital media, social media, and print.
• Take ownership of work from concept through production.
• Develop and deliver work that strengthens client brand appeal and perception.
• Collaborate effectively with copywriters, producers, and project managers.
• Contribute to a culture of continual creative improvement and design excellence.
• Develop and maintain solid, collaborative relationships with agency colleagues.

Requirements

• BFA in Graphic Design or equivalent relevant experience.
• 3+ years of experience with strong design skills, focusing on digital and background in print.
• Expert in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
• Production knowledge of digital and print standards and requirements.
• Experience working within Adobe Acrobat for review and markups.
• Ability to effectively integrate design feedback/critique and work directly with clients.
• Good communication skills, proactive, independent, and effective time management.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and conceptual ability.

• Motion/Video experience.
