- Act as a trusted advisor, developing enablement frameworks and driving strategic programs.
- Guide internal teams to appropriate solutions and promote benefits to customers and partners.
- Plan, advise, facilitate, and drive actionable insights from executive-level customer meetings.
- Clearly communicate hirify.global’s unique value and competitive advantages.
Requirements
- Tenured former SSC executive with a minimum of 3 years at the EX-01 level or above.
- Active TS security clearance preferred, or the ability to obtain one.
- Strong facilitation skills with a track record of leading high-impact executive briefings.
- Demonstrated track record of driving organizational and outcome-focused results.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with senior client stakeholders and internal teams.
- Strong understanding of portfolio management and go-to-market growth strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
