What you will do

• Define and execute the long-term product vision and strategy for the trading portfolio across multiple commodity classes.
• Lead and develop a world-class product management team, fostering ownership, accountability, and a shared purpose.
• Accelerate product innovation towards high-velocity, AI/ML-driven delivery, matching the pace of the markets.
• Drive advanced AI/ML analytics integration into trader workflows, moving beyond data access to predictive insights.
• Oversee the development of scalable, low-latency applications that integrate seamlessly with customer trading environments.
• Act as the primary voice of the "trader persona," engaging with clients to anticipate market shifts and validate new solutions.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in product management, with significant leadership experience in Energy Trading, Capital Markets, or Financial Data.
• Deep understanding of real-time data delivery, APIs, and the technical requirements of high-frequency trading environments.
• Proven success in launching new products from concept to market dominance in agile environments.
• Strong familiarity with North American energy markets (Power, Gas, or Environmental products) and the workflows of front-office trading desks.
• Demonstrable progressive leadership experience, with a track record of leading large, cross-functional product teams.
• Ability to work from the Houston, TX (USA) or London (UK) office.
