Location: Relocation to Warsaw, Poland is required, with an Office-First approach, working primarily from the Warsaw studio in a full-time or hybrid mode.

What you will do

• Design, prototype, iterate on, and polish in-game levels using proprietary tools and Unreal Engine 5.
• Craft unique spaces where gameplay flow and visual composition create memorable experiences.
• Develop and work within predefined level metrics.
• Collaborate closely with other teams (Designers, Artists, Programmers) to enhance gameplay and narrative quality.
• Proactively suggest improvements to gameplay systems and principles.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years' experience in level design, with 1-2 years in an expert or leadership capacity.
• Experience with game editors, Unreal Engine, and/or 3D packages.
• Extensive knowledge of current titles and works of art for reference.
• Excellent understanding of level design fundamentals and its role in player experience.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to drive topics independently.
• Ability to create map layouts from drawings to functional levels, utilizing all game world elements.
• Excellent communication skills and proven ability to work in a team.
• Fluent English required.
