What you will do

• Own and execute third-party conference strategy, including sponsorships, booths, speaking, and side events, to drive brand awareness and lead generation across EMEA, APAC, and LATAM.
• Plan and run high-impact executive dinners, roundtables, and networking receptions tied to conferences and key regional moments.
• Maximize event impact and ROI by defining event tiers, recommending sponsorship levels, and ensuring clear measurement and follow-up paths.
• Lead the full event lifecycle, managing planning, vendors, logistics, onsite execution, and post-event wrap-up.
• Support flagship owned events to ensure quality and consistency as the company scales.
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Growth, Partnerships, and Product to align event goals and drive attendee quality.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in events, field marketing, or experiential roles, ideally in tech (B2B/enterprise a plus).
• Strong track record delivering conference programs that generate high-quality leads and meetings.
• Excellent organization and stakeholder management skills, with a calm and solutions-focused approach onsite.
• Experience managing budgets, negotiating contracts, and driving cost efficiency.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment across multiple workstreams.
• Willingness to travel as needed to oversee planning and onsite execution.
