Location: Remote, Hybrid, or Onsite in Amsterdam, Berlin, Copenhagen, Lisbon, London, or Madrid. Must be physically based in the country of your choice with a valid right to work. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

What you will do

• Lead ideation and creative brainstorming sessions for performance marketing ads.
• Generate high-level creative ideas and strategic concepts aligning with marketing goals.
• Translate creative briefs into tangible design and production requirements.
• Oversee testing and iteration of creative assets to optimise performance.
• Design and produce static and digital creative assets, maintaining brand consistency.
• Manage the entire post-production workflow.

Requirements

• Multimedia designer portfolio demonstrating impactful design work across brand marketing.
• Exceptional capacity in conceptualising and crafting creative ideas for business outcomes.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, visual hierarchy, and branding.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Exceptional post-production tooling abilities (editing, motion design, sound, VO).
• English: B2 required.
