TL;DR
Senior Multimedia Designer (Fintech): Building and producing high-quality creative assets and video content for performance marketing and brand campaigns with an accent on visual storytelling and post-production. Focus on translating strategic goals into impactful design, iterating based on performance data, and collaborating across multidisciplinary teams.
Location: Remote, hybrid, or in-person setups available, but must be physically based in the country of choice with a valid right to work. Visa sponsorship is not provided.

What you will do
- Lead creative brainstorming sessions to develop innovative concepts for performance marketing ads.
- Translate strategic briefs into tangible, high-quality design and production requirements.
- Manage the full post-production workflow, including video editing, motion design, and sound.
- Design static and digital assets while maintaining brand consistency across all channels.
- Iterate on creative assets based on performance data to optimize campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with Brand, Product, and Sales teams to bridge functional financial needs with creative solutions.
Requirements
- English proficiency required for daily communication.
- Valid right to work in the location of residency is mandatory.
- Extensive portfolio demonstrating impactful multimedia design across marketing touchpoints.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
- Strong expertise in post-production tooling (editing, motion design, sound, VO).
- Deep understanding of design principles, typography, and branding application.
