What you will do
- Collaborate with Game Designer Lead and other managers to establish balancing direction for player progression, meta-game, and feature synergy.
- Define player profiles and balance game difficulty, rewards, item power, cost, and availability.
- Support new GDD creation and review for economy design.
- Define Temporary Live Event (TLE) configurations, including event difficulty, progression milestones, and rewards.
- Handle the balancing of all new content added to the game.
- Define tracking metrics, analyze economy data and market trends, and propose A/B tests to boost engagement, retention, and monetization.
Requirements
- Mid-Senior Level experience as a Game Economy Designer.
- Strong analytical skills focused on balancing game numbers, progression, and LiveOps.
- Ability to define player profiles and game tracking metrics.
- Experience in analyzing economy data and market trends.
- English: B2 required
