What you will do

• Own analytics for a commercial area, driving revenue growth through proactive recommendations.
• Define and refine key success measures, uncover trends, and translate data into clear recommendations for commercial decisions.
• Drive advanced analytics at scale, applying methods like regression analysis, causal inference, and scenario testing to understand user needs.

Requirements

• Strong quantitative background with 3+ years of experience in Data Science or Analytics, ideally in an online company.
• Highly proficient in SQL and experienced in writing code to transform data into insights (Python, R, or similar).
• Deep statistical expertise, applying advanced techniques such as regression analysis, causal inference, time series modeling, and hypothesis testing.
• Proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable owning complex projects and driving initiatives autonomously.
• Strong communicator, able to effectively translate complex data insights into clear recommendations for stakeholders.
