You can focus on one region or scale multiple GEOs.

Responsibilities
• Build, lead, and scale an affiliate team (managers / sub-managers / webmasters) from scratch
• Drive traffic growth across active GEOs
• Deliver KPIs on FTDs / Deposits / Profit
• Work with CPA / Hybrid / RevShare models
• Monitor traffic quality and ensure long-term profitability
• Hire, mentor, and motivate your team
• Collaborate directly with the CMO / Head of Affiliates

Requirements
• Proven experience as Affiliate Team Leader / Head
• Strong background in iGaming
• Hands-on experience with Asia / MENA / Turkey / Africa
• Existing team or strong affiliate network
• Data-driven mindset
• Ability to scale aggressively and sustainably
