What you will do

• Implement, integrate, and optimize 3D assets within Unity for visual fidelity and efficient performance.
• Collaborate with artists and engineers to establish and maintain efficient art pipelines.
• Drive improvements in asset creation workflows, shader development, and animation systems.
• Provide guidance on best practices for scene management, lighting, and rendering optimization.
• Support the art team with tools and scripts to improve iteration speed and production efficiency.
• Diagnose and resolve technical problems related to art assets, performance, and engine integration.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Technical Artist or related role in game development, preferably with Unity.
• Deep understanding of Unity engine, including asset integration, animation systems, materials, and lighting.
• Strong grasp of 3D asset optimization, LOD systems, and performance profiling.
• Solid foundation in art fundamentals, bridging aesthetic vision with technical execution.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with artists and engineers.
• Analytical mindset and proactive approach to resolving complex technical challenges.
