What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and develop Game Designers, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Translate high-level creative direction into actionable design documentation, ensuring team alignment.
• Maintain a hands-on approach to design, including prototyping, feature specification, and playtesting.
• Navigate project compromises and constraints, balancing ideal design with timelines and resources.
• Drive design decisions through data-informed iteration, leveraging metrics and player feedback.
• Act as the primary liaison between design and Tech, Art, QA, and Production teams.

Requirements

• Demonstrated track record working on live titles or strategy games.
• Strong design competence as a generalist across system design, economy, monetization, UX/UI.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and grow game designers.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• English: B2 required.

Nice to have

• Experience with hybrid, remote, and multi-location game development teams.
• Passion for grand strategy titles and experience managing design for games with long-term player engagement.
• Passion for PvP strategy titles, considering both competitive and casual demographics.
