What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and motivate the CG team, including modelers, texture artists, lookdev artists, animators, lighters, and FX artists.
• Define, develop, and maintain efficient CG workflows, ensuring seamless integration between departments and global studios.
• Ensure the creative vision is met by providing technical and artistic guidance on all CG assets, shots, and sequences.
• Collaborate with Production and VFX Supervisors on bidding, scheduling, and resource planning.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for the CG team, troubleshooting complex issues.
• Maintain expert-level knowledge of industry-standard software like Maya, Houdini, Nuke, and Vray.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5+ years experience in a senior CG role, with at least 2 years as a CG Supervisor on large-scale feature film or episodic projects.
• Deep understanding of the entire VFX pipeline, from concept to final render.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong technical proficiency in at least one key CG discipline (e.g., Lighting, FX, Generalist).
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex tasks, meet tight deadlines, and maintain composure under pressure.
• Eligibility to work in Australia required.
