What you will do

• Coordinate and deliver improved business processes and data products based on regulatory requirements and stakeholder needs.
• Drive continuous improvement by designing and optimising data workflows with Data Analysts and Data Stewards.
• Execute data management activities to ensure validated datasets meet agreed standards.
• Implement new party attributes and processes for FECC and Sustainability assessment.
• Participate in rolling out a Client Owning Framework and ensure data quality.
• Ensure availability of data attributes for a New Corporate Model for credit assessments.

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in a data analyst, business analyst, or data management role.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Leadership skills to inspire and motivate others.
• Fluency in English (verbal and written).
• Positive, proactive mindset and a genuine drive for change.
• Motivation letter required elaborating on interest and experience.
