What you will do

• Collaborate with directors, designers, and artists to create high-quality look development, concept designs, and animations for various media.
• Utilize traditional design software such as Photoshop, After Effects, and Premiere.
• Explore and integrate cutting-edge tools like ComfyUI, Stable Diffusion, LoRA, Flux, Midjourney, ChatGPT, Dall-e, and Runway.
• Participate in R&D initiatives to test new latent space tools and adapt workflows accordingly.
• Provide technical expertise and creative solutions to complex visual and creative challenges.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a Generalist or similar role in the media industry.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of creative design skills and direction.
• Proficiency in diffusion-based image generation.
• Demonstrated interest and experience in neural networks and machine learning technologies related to digital content creation.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to new technologies.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Must work onsite at the Los Angeles studio.
