QA Engineer (Mid/Senior)

What you will do

• Become an expert in the hirify.global product, specifically within your team's area.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering functions to ensure high-quality feature delivery.
• Set and architect comprehensive test strategies from the outset of each feature.
• Ensure design and behavioral consistency between features and robust test coverage at all levels.
• Determine and implement end-to-end automated tests using Cypress.
• Proactively help and guide junior Quality Engineers, contributing to mentorship and onboarding.

Requirements

• Ability to communicate effectively and clearly in English, and precisely describe complex interactions.
• Ability to architect a strong Test Strategy.
• Strong track record in advocating for quality at all levels of the development process.
• 3-6+ years of experience delivering quality web applications with test automation, including REST APIs/GraphQL.
