Senior QA Engineer (Web/Mobile)

TL;DR

Senior QA Engineer (Web/Mobile): Manual testing of web and native mobile applications, ensuring product quality and participating in all development stages with an accent on creating test plans, analyzing requirements, and setting up test environments. Location: Hybrid (2 days/week in office, Tbilisi). Relocation package available for Tbilisi, Georgia.

What you will do

• Perform manual testing (functional, integration, regression, compatibility) for new mobile builds and the web version of the new product.
• Create test plans and test scenarios based on product requirements analysis.
• Actively participate in the team at all stages of development, from requirements gathering to release.
• Set up and maintain the test environment.
• Ensure bugs are added to the backlog and prioritized within the sprint.
• Participate in continuous improvement of development, testing, and product delivery processes.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in manual testing.
• Experience in testing web applications (client-server architecture, REST API) and native mobile applications.
• Experience in developing test documentation and writing clear, comprehensive bug reports.
• Experience working with databases (MySQL) and analyzing logs.
• Ability to use API testing tools (Postman/Insomnia) and sniffers, and work with development tools (Android Studio, Xcode, IDEs).
• Understanding of CI/CD principles.
• Ability to make decisions about feature release readiness based on testing results.

Nice to have

• Experience with Docker / Kubernetes.
• English at B1+ level.
• Experience with automated testing (writing or running tests and analyzing results).
