What you will do

• Define and own the product roadmap for Salesforce platforms.
• Gather, analyze, and prioritize requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into user stories, product specs, and acceptance criteria.
• Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, and feature delivery.
• Collaborate with Salesforce developers and architects to design scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.
• Contribute hands-on to development (flows, custom objects, Apex, Lightning components, integrations).

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a product management role, preferably in SaaS or enterprise environments.
• 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience (Apex, Lightning, Flows, SOQL/SOSL).
• Proven track record of delivering complex technical products using Agile methodologies.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security principles.
• Experience working with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud.
• Excellent communication skills (technical and non-technical) and stakeholder management abilities.

Nice to have

• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Administrator).
• Experience with DevOps tools for Salesforce (Gearset, Copado).
• Familiarity with CI/CD, Git, and test automation within Salesforce environments.
