What you will do

• Own analytics for a broad product area, building partnerships and proactively identifying opportunities by understanding user behavior.
• Turn data into insights and recommendations to shape Product decisions, flag opportunities, and drive the strategy forward.
• Drive advanced product analytics at scale, using methods like regression analysis, causal inference, and A/B testing.
• Define how to evaluate GenAI-powered features by setting up offline benchmarks and online measurement.

Requirements

• Strong quantitative background and 6+ years of experience in data science or analytics, ideally in an online company.
• Highly proficient in SQL and experienced in writing code (Python, R) to transform data into insights.
• Strong grasp of statistics, applying advanced techniques like regression analysis, causal inference, and hypothesis testing.
• Experience with tracking tools like Google Analytics (GA) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
• Hands-on experience designing and evaluating A/B tests and other experiments.
• Strong communicator and mentor, able to translate complex data insights into clear recommendations.
