We’re seeking a strategic and performance-driven marketing pro to manage and optimize digital acquisition efforts through external marketing agencies. You’ll play a key role in shaping how we grow across multiple channels and markets.

✅ What We’re Looking For:
• 2+ years in digital marketing with experience managing agencies
• Strong understanding of performance marketing and funnels
• Comfortable working with KPIs, budgets, and ROI-driven strategies
• Confident English (B2+)
• Ability to manage multiple channels and partners simultaneously
• Analytical mindset and data-driven decision making
• Experience in trading, brokerage, or crypto is a plus 🙌

📈 Your Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and optimize performance across multiple marketing channels
• Define KPIs, briefs, budgets, and performance benchmarks
• Monitor agency performance and improve results
• Scale winning strategies and discontinue underperforming ones
• Report results to internal stakeholders
