Salary range: $1000-3000 gross (we're happy to discuss your expectations)

On The Spot Development is looking for a creative Motion Designer / Video Producer to join a project for 44pixels — a digital studio working on visually impactful projects for global brands.

🔹 What you’ll do:
• Create motion graphics and video content
• Work with animations, typography, transitions, and storytelling
• Develop videos from concept to final delivery
• Collaborate with designers and marketing teams
• Maintain high visual quality and consistency

🔹 What we’re looking for:
• Experience in motion design and video production
• Strong skills in After Effects
• Experience with video editing and post-production
• AI Native: You are comfortable using (and experimenting with) the Image Gen tools like NanoBanana, Imagen, Midjourney, Video Gen tools like Kling, Veo3, or Runway, and Audio Gen tools like ElevenLabs, HeyGen, Suno
• Portfolio with motion/video examples
