What you will do

• Partner with the Governance Risk and Compliance team as their dedicated Technical Program Manager.
• Connect with hirify.global's many teams through expert communication to maintain alignment and encourage collaboration.
• Support long-term program roadmap planning, manage project updates aligned with the roadmap, and report on project level OKRs.
• Manage projects with tight deadlines and changing priorities, effectively balancing risk to achieve business objectives.
• Identify stakeholders and drive alignment, including dependency identification and tracking.
• Generate cadenced program updates, reports, and metrics that provide executive and board level summaries.

Requirements

• 8-10+ years of experience in technical program management.
• Experience in cybersecurity or compliance, including directly supporting federal security programs (FedRAMP High/Moderate, DoD IL4).
• BS+ in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Security or related field or equivalent experience.
• Proven track record of creating realistic project plans, managing dependencies, and overseeing execution to meet commitments with predictability.
• Excellent oral and written communication, with a proven track record of effective communication at various levels including executive.
• Comfortable managing tight deadlines, changing priorities, and ambiguity.
