Location: Hybrid work environment in Toronto, Canada (at least 3 days a week in-office)

Salary: $121,000–$170,000 annually

What you will do

• Own the full product lifecycle from ideation and validation through launch, scale, and ongoing optimization for alternative data products.
• Conduct market research and engage directly with clients to identify new product opportunities.
• Develop and prioritize product roadmaps that align with business objectives and drive measurable revenue growth.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including data science and data engineering to design and deliver innovative data products.
• Drive go-to-market strategy, including pricing, positioning, and sales enablement to maximize product adoption and success.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product management or development with a focus on data products.
• Deep understanding of capital markets, data product fundamentals, and monetization strategies.
• Proven ability to work independently in an entrepreneurial environment, conceptualizing and driving new products from 0-to-1.
• Excellent communicator with strong stakeholder management skills and a revenue-focused, owner mindset.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, computer science, engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

• Strong understanding of the alternative data landscape.
• Experience in evaluating and applying alternative data to the investment lifecycle.
• 0-to-1 startup or venture-building experience.
