Location: Onsite in Santa Clara, CA or Irvine, CA, USA

Salary: $158,870 – $238,000 per annum

What you will do

  • Define and execute the enterprise FP&A systems strategy, aligned with business priorities and multi-year roadmaps.
  • Lead a GenAI-first transformation, identifying use cases and productionizing AI solutions for finance with strong governance.
  • Operate and continuously enhance a global FP&A technology ecosystem, ensuring high standards for reliability and scalability.
  • Drive modernization of FP&A platforms including OneStream, Power BI, Databricks, and ERP integrations.
  • Deliver large-scale, high-impact initiatives that transform FP&A processes and improve agility.
  • Hire, develop, and lead a global team of FP&A systems professionals, fostering accountability and continuous learning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • 10–15 years of experience in IT or enterprise applications, with deep exposure to FP&A systems and finance processes.
  • Semiconductor industry experience supporting global Finance organizations is required.
  • Practical experience applying Generative AI (LLMs, transformers) to enterprise or analytics use cases.
  • Strong experience with FP&A platforms (preferably OneStream), ERP systems, and finance applications.
  • Applicants must be eligible to access U.S. export-controlled information, potentially subject to an export license review process prior to employment.
