What you will do
- Assist with writing and editing tasks, including corporate bios, photo captions, project descriptions, and copyediting.
- Review PR collaterals such as press releases and media advisories.
- Recommend images, edit photos and videos, and create infographics, GIFs, and animations for communications assets.
- Help compile media contact lists and prepare media reports.
- Identify and research opportunities to share company stories with relevant journalists and media outlets.
- Assist with press release writing, editing, distribution, media outreach, and interview scheduling.
- Coordinate photo/video shoots and manage products for reviews.
- Provide general administrative and communications support, including updating PR trackers and creating content databases.
Requirements
- Current 2nd/3rd year undergraduate student in a related field (e.g., Marketing/Communications, Advertising, or Public Relations).
- Strong command of English and excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Good working knowledge of word processing, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Self-motivated, highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task and meet deadlines.

- Basic understanding of the principles of marketing or communications.
