TL;DR

Chief of Staff to the CRO (Applied AI, GTM Operations): Structuring and optimizing the go-to-market organization to drive revenue growth and operational excellence with an accent on KPI tracking, OKR planning, and cross-functional alignment. Focus on leading strategic projects and acting as a force-multiplier for the CRO in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.

Location: Based at our San Francisco HQ, operating fully in-person

Salary: $120,000–$160,000 USD annually

What you will do

  • Build and maintain the operating cadence and organizational structure for the GTM team (Sales, Marketing, CS, RevOps).
  • Own and report on a unified GTM metrics framework, turning data into executive-level insights.
  • Lead the quarterly GTM OKR cycle, ensuring accountability and execution.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment and communication across GTM, Product, People, Finance, and Ops.
  • Lead high-impact strategic projects directly with the CRO, influencing pipeline, revenue, and GTM efficiency.
  • Act as a trusted partner, providing leverage and decision support to the CRO.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience as a Chief of Staff within high-growth B2B SaaS.
  • Ability to bring structure and operational rigor to a GTM organization.
  • Proficiency in owning KPI and OKR systems for performance tracking and goal execution.
  • Experience driving cross-functional alignment across multiple departments.
  • Capable of leading strategic projects that impact GTM performance.
  • Must be able to work fully in-person at the San Francisco HQ.
