What you will do
- Support customer proposals with technical expertise for on-site low carbon technology solutions.
- Lead technical system design and equipment specifications for initial I&C on-site projects.
- Develop preferred supplier relationships with OEMs and EPCs for solar, wind, and battery energy storage systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams across Group to deliver behind-the-meter propositions.
- Work with Legal teams to develop contracts managing technical risks with equipment and service partners.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to work in the United Kingdom.
- Proven experience in distributed energy and on-site low carbon solutions for I&C scale business customers.
- Strong technical knowledge of solar and battery systems, power systems engineering, and system modelling.
- Familiarity with UK market EPCs and OEMs for clean energy technologies.
- Understanding of flexibility markets and remotely managed system optimization.
- Ability to work in ambiguous environments and mobilize cross-functional teams.
