TL;DR
Project Team Lead (Electronic Service Tools): Leading the development of remote service solutions (OTA) and defining standard service interfaces for 3rd party ECUs with an accent on embedded software systems and cross-functional team coordination. Focus on managing backlogs, negotiating technical requirements, and ensuring seamless integration of diagnostics protocols across complex software architectures.
Location: Must be based onsite in Mossville, Illinois. Relocation assistance is available, but visa sponsorship is not provided.

What you will do
- Lead the development and implementation of remote service solutions, including Over-the-Air (OTA) updates and remote diagnostics.
- Serve as a primary liaison between product and development teams to decompose features into actionable user stories.
- Manage and prioritize the development team backlog using Agile methodologies.
- Define and implement standard service interfaces for 3rd party ECUs using UDS protocols.
- Coordinate defect reviews and ensure deliverables meet business requirements and quality standards.
- Develop project plans and evaluate progress at each stage of the development lifecycle.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science.
- 10+ years of experience in embedded software systems.
- Extensive experience with 3rd party ECU/ECM systems and software integration.
- Proficiency in Unified Diagnostic Services (UDS) protocol and related industry standards.
- Must work onsite five days a week in Mossville, IL.
- Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
