What you will do

  • Analyze data to optimize conversion funnels, track anomalies, and recommend actions to enhance performance.
  • Conduct AB testing and performance benchmarking to drive evidence-based changes.
  • Create and improve analytical tools to make data easily accessible for stakeholders.
  • Dive into transactional data for financial insights.
  • Build and maintain robust data pipelines to gather and process transaction data from payment systems.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in data analysis, ideally in payments, banking, or related industries.
  • Ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights and a proactive mindset to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Eagerness to tackle challenges and make meaningful contributions.
  • Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams and translating technical data for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL) and knowledge of database structures and optimization.
  • Proficiency in data analysis & visualization tools like Metabase, Looker, PowerBI or similar.

Nice to have

  • Experience in building analytical toolsets.
  • Ability to design and manage data pipelines for smooth data flow.
  • Experience with Python.
