Business Analyst Xstore SIOCS (Retail): Supporting clients in the implementation, adaptation, and deployment of Oracle Retail Xstore, SIOCS, and front-office solutions with an accent on ensuring compliance with local regulations and business needs. Focus on functional analysis, multi-system integration (ERP, OMS, CRM), and managing change adoption in multi-country, multi-brand projects.

Location: Permanent position based in Paris, France. Flexibility with remote and hybrid work options (country-dependent).

What you will do

  • Perform functional analysis and design for Oracle Retail Xstore and SIOCS.
  • Adapt solutions to meet local legal and operational retail requirements.
  • Configure, test, and support go-live and post-go-live phases.
  • Deliver user training and manage change adoption for new solutions.
  • Coordinate with technical teams to ensure integration with other systems (ERP, OMS, CRM).

Requirements

  • Expertise with Oracle Retail Xstore POS, Xstore Office, SIOCS, ORCE, Order Broker, and EFTLink.
  • Strong knowledge of front-office (sales, payments, loyalty) and back-office retail processes (stock, inventory, transfers).
  • Experience in customization and multi-system integration.
  • 5+ years in Retail consulting or POS/Store Operations integration.
  • Proven track record in multi-country, multi-brand projects.
  • Strong client-facing and communication skills.
