What you will do

• Provide expertise in fibre channel networking and Brocade SAN concepts, recommending and deploying new features.
• Partner with sales teams for professional services and technical project planning.
• Execute SAN migrations, analyze environments, and address EOL/EOS devices.
• Configure and customize Brocade SAN products, including monitoring and management tools.
• Develop customer-specific documentation and conduct knowledge transfer sessions.
• Act as a primary technical resource, resolving complex SAN and network issues.

Requirements

• BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Engineering.
• 3-5 years of experience in a senior client-facing technology role.
• Proven hands-on experience with Brocade SAN products (Gen 5, 6, 7).
• Experience planning and executing enterprise SAN migrations (legacy Brocade/Cisco to current Brocade).
• Strong understanding of Fibre Channel protocols, SAN architecture, and best practices.
• Holds Brocade Certifications and completed Brocade Educational trainings.
