What you will do

• Develop and implement test processes, strategies, and concepts.
• Coordinate all testing activities (Unit, Integration, System tests) within Scrum teams and for releases.
• Select suitable test methods, tools, and procedures.
• Manage internal and external test teams.
• Define and track KPIs, and report on test progress and quality metrics.
• Conduct reviews, error analyses, and lessons learned.

Requirements

• Fluent German and English required.
• Several years of experience leading test teams.
• Profound knowledge of various test types (functional, regression, smoke, sanity).
• Experience with functional and non-functional testing.
• Proficiency with bug tracking and reporting tools (e.g., Jira).
• Knowledge of various operating systems (Windows, Linux, Unix).
• Experience with different project methodologies (agile, waterfall).
• Experience in testing UI/Web-UI/Apps (Android & iOS).
