Location: Utah-based hybrid position, requiring some regular in-office days each week.

What you will do

  • Develop a profound understanding of challenges and opportunities in the Global Employment space.
  • Define strategic vision and develop a clear plan to prioritize high-value solutions.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and maintain alignment on strategy and roadmap.
  • Comprehend and communicate technical requirements, transforming them into actionable specifications.
  • Define solution scopes for early customer deployment and regularly assess effectiveness.
  • Own and maintain product quality, delivering world-class software in every release.

Requirements

  • 4+ years experience as a product manager with a proven track record of shipping impactful products.
  • Experience as a product manager in Payroll, Fintech, Accounting, or Payments.
  • Experience with or exposure to embedded products, APIs, integrations, or platforms.
  • Demonstrable experience leading a team.
  • Ability to clearly communicate product decisions and their rationale.
  • English: B2 required.
  • Employment is contingent on passing both a background and credit check.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Employer of Record or Contractor Management products.
  • Integrated AI into processes or leveraged AI in product solutions.
