TL;DR

Professional Services Analyst (CPQ & Quoting): Providing essential support to Sales, Enablement, and Professional Services leadership to enhance quoting efficiency and accelerate deal velocity with an accent on accurate service offering representation in quotes and alignment with approved standards. Focus on reviewing, validating, and routing Professional Services opportunities for approval, and collaborating cross-functionally to reduce friction in the quoting process.

Location: Hybrid in Bengaluru, India. Candidates must be willing to work in US/UK shifts.

What you will do

  • Partner with Sales to ensure Professional Services packages and SKUs are correctly represented in customer quotes.
  • Review quote accuracy for compliance with pricing models, terms, and approval thresholds.
  • Support quote approvals and discount reviews within Salesforce CPQ.
  • Facilitate the creation of Professional Services SOWs using approved templates and automation tools.
  • Act as a liaison between Sales, Enablement, and PS teams to streamline handoffs between quoting and delivery.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation of PS SKUs, pricing guidelines, and SOW generation procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Operations, or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in Professional Services Operations, Quoting Support or Sales Operations.
  • Proficient in Salesforce and CPQ configuration.
  • Understanding of Professional Services products, quoting workflows, and approval logic.
  • Ability to analyze quote data, trends, and performance metrics.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Teams, and SharePoint for documentation and collaboration.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving & communication soft skills.
  • Willingness to work in US/UK shifts.
