What you will do

• Serve as an in-house AI consultant, advising on diverse business asks and helping divisions turn AI ideas into outcomes.
• Promote and share AI use cases, curating communities of leadership and practice, and collaborating on AI training programs.
• Develop and maintain an AI governance framework in coordination with compliance and legal teams.
• Provide project oversight for AI initiatives and facilitate communication between business units, IT, data teams, and the AI Centre of Enablement.
• Lead vendor selection, preparing shortlists and comparison grids for defined AI use cases.
• Deliver Copilot development support, from prompt design to agentic system development.

Requirements

• Business Partnering skills to build relationships and bridge technical teams with commercial objectives.
• Expertise in AI and technology, including understanding LLMs, their architecture, fine-tuning, and limitations.
• Familiarity with modern AI tools like Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, prompt design, and agentic systems.
• Understanding of compliance, ethical standards, and regulatory frameworks like the EU AI Act.
• Strong influencing and communication skills for engaging senior stakeholders and driving cultural change.
• Ability to balance innovation with risk and ROI, turning complex business challenges into clear AI opportunities.
