Location: On-site in Kyiv, Ukraine. Relocation to Kyiv is required if not already based there.

What you will do

• Design and deliver scalable, secure end-to-end solutions on Microsoft Power Platform.
• Develop and support Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) and Power Automate workflows.
• Design, implement, and maintain Dataverse data models and business logic.
• Integrate Power Platform with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and external systems via APIs.
• Define and manage security roles, access control, and governance standards.
• Collaborate with business analysts on requirements, architecture, and solution design.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform in enterprise environments.
• Strong practical experience with Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) and Power Automate.
• Solid understanding of Dataverse, relational databases, and data modeling principles.
• Hands-on experience with integrations using REST APIs, JSON, SQL, and C#.
• Clear understanding of business processes and workflow-based automation.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher for professional communication.

Nice to have

• Experience with Dynamics 365, Power Virtual Agents, or C# plugin development.
