Junior Java Developer (Fintech)

Andersen is hiring a Junior Java Developer in Tashkent to build and support core financial system features, including correspondent accounts, international payments, and FX operations within a scalable digital banking platform.

• Work format: Tashkent office
• Salary: 960-1600$ gross (depending on the results of the technical interview)
• Work schedule: 9:00 to 18:00 Tashkent time

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
- Experience as a Java Developer for 2+ years.
- Experience working with Java 11/17.
- Strong knowledge of and hands-on experience with Spring Boot 2/3, Spring WebFlux, and Spring Microservices for developing microservice-based applications.
- Understanding and experience working with PostgreSQL and Oracle databases.
- Experience using Kafka and RabbitMQ for implementing asynchronous messaging.
- Ability to design, develop, and maintain high-load systems.
- Understanding asynchronous programming principles and reactive systems.
- Experience developing RESTful and reactive web services.
- Knowledge of common architectural patterns such as CQRS, Event Sourcing, etc.
- Conversational Russian (communication with the team)
