What you will do

• Coordinate projects from scoping through invoicing, ensuring efficient workflow.
• Collaborate with client and internal teams to interpret and deliver on requirements.
• Align deliverables with client needs by understanding their business.
• Optimize resource allocation and utilization for efficiency.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders, including client Finance, for accurate reporting.
• Support account growth and maintain healthy client relationships.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of marketing agency experience with a focus on program or project management.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work with creative and production teams in high-pressure environments.
• Experience in client-facing roles with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Must be based in London, England, and work 3 days from the office.
