What you will do

• Proactively gather input from Business Units on operational needs and problems.
• Lead user research, experimentation, and A/B testing initiatives.
• Own product roadmap and prioritization, setting and tracking product KPIs and success metrics.
• Define user stories with acceptance criteria and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Refine, plan, and prioritize user stories based on business value, considering technical debt and long-term success.
• Define tracking, reporting, and non-functional requirements for user stories.

Requirements

• Collaboration and dialogue with development team members, stakeholders, and third-party providers.
• Agile mindset, embracing changing requirements based on business needs and market opportunities.
• Technical proficiency in managing software products, including backend, back-office, and player-facing features.
• Understanding of APIs, SQL, event-based services, and API exploration tools like Postman and Swagger.
• Good understanding and ability to define non-functional requirements.
• Experience with product discovery, product planning, and delivery tools like Jira, Confluence, and Miro.

Nice to have

• Gaming, Payments, Revenue Recognition and Accounting, Taxation, CRM, SAAS experience.
