What you will do

• Lead the Singapore production organization, aligning goals with game vision and Los Angeles leadership.
• Ensure strong cross-studio collaboration, communication, and operational excellence through scalable systems.
• Oversee cross-disciplinary coordination for timely delivery of features, prototypes, and content.
• Assess and manage risks, proactively addressing production challenges and resourcing needs.
• Monitor production and collaboration health metrics for continuous improvement.
• Support people management, career growth, team morale, and represent the Singapore team.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in game production, operations, or project management within gaming/entertainment.
• Proven experience leading large, cross-disciplinary teams in co-development or distributed environments.
• Track record of translating creative vision into execution plans and building strong cross-functional relationships.
• Skilled in risk assessment, capacity planning, and driving accountability through structured processes.
• Deep understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and adaptability to R&D environments.
• Demonstrated success in improving delivery predictability, communication, and collaboration health, with excellent facilitation and conflict-resolution skills.

Nice to have

• 2+ years managing large-scale internal and external studio collaborations.
• Experience shipping or supporting AAA, MMO, or live-service titles.
• Proven ability to lead through ambiguity and rapid iteration in R&D/early-stage development.
• Experience managing production organizations of 30+ people or multi-team operations.
• Experience working with outsourcing vendors.
