What you will do

• Lead the development of high-quality React+Next.js and Node.js+Nest.js applications.
• Design the application architecture and database structure to ensure scalability, performance, and reliability.
• Mentor developers on best practices, code quality, and software craftsmanship.
• Instill DevOps and SRE practices within the team.
• Apply understanding of financial processes (Payments, settlements, risk, compliance) in development.
• Collaborate with product owners, designers, and developers, leading agile ceremonies.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in front-end and back-end development for 5+ years, with a strong focus on React.js, Next.js, Node.js and Nest.js.
• Proven leadership experience in managing front-end development teams.
• In-depth understanding of web development processes (design, development, and deployment).
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
• English: Intermediate+ (B2) and above required.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
