What you will do

• Manage complex AWS cloud architectures to support scalable game development workflows.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and test automation for PC/console games using Jenkins, Git, and Perforce.
• Implement monitoring, runbooks, SLAs, and incident response automation to ensure site reliability.
• Optimize system resource usage and build custom metrics and dashboards for operational transparency.
• Collaborate with game teams and mentor developers, balancing hands-on development and leadership.
• Stay current with DevOps and gaming industry trends to improve development processes.

Requirements

• Must be located in the United States and able to work fully remotely.
• 3+ years building pipelines for PC/console games and 6+ years software development experience.
• 2+ years experience with AWS cloud services and expertise in Jenkins, Docker, Terraform/CloudFormation.
• Strong problem-solving skills in real-time gaming environments and excellent communication.
• Experience with monitoring tools like AWS CloudWatch, DataDog, PagerDuty, and site reliability practices.
• Proficient with Perforce, Git, scripting (Linux Shell, Powershell), and familiarity with Unreal Engine multiplayer hosting.

Nice to have

• AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Professional.
• DevSecOps and security experience.
• Experience with data analytics platforms, relational and NoSQL databases, and APIs.
• Familiarity with Unreal Engine 5 and multiplayer game hosting.
