What you will do

• Create 3D motion content using Blender, focusing on character animation, modelling, scene building, and texturing.
• Support projects that combine 3D, 2D motion, and graphic design.
• Animate for social-first formats, paid media, and short-form storytelling.
• Collaborate with designers, animators, and producers to contribute ideas and solutions.
• Adapt work across different platforms, formats, and audiences.
• Take on feedback and iterate work to a high standard.

Requirements

• Strong working knowledge of Blender, with an interest in character animation.
• Ability to create or adapt 2D motion using After Effects.
• Working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Solid understanding of design fundamentals including layout, typography, color, composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Good animation principles: timing, easing, weight, and clarity.
• Portfolio showing strong creative potential and technical execution.
• Passion for gaming, animation, and social/creative trends.
• Positive, collaborative attitude and eagerness to learn.

Nice to have

• Experience with rigging characters (or desire to improve in this area).
• Basic understanding of social formats and digital-first content.
• Interest in sound, editing, or storytelling.
• Experience in other 3D Software like C4D or Maya.
