Design Engineer

What you will do

• Bridge the gap between Design and Engineering by building production-quality prototypes that allow to test and validate major product shifts (Mobile & Web).
• Industrialize tooling and automation (including AI workflows, Localization, and Figma-to-code scripts) to scale the Design System and operations.
• Accelerate the team's quality by enabling designers to move from static files to code-based deliverables faster.
• Mentor and influence the Product Design team on technical constraints and modern workflows, fostering a culture of technical fluency.
• Contribute to the Design System by ensuring perfect parity between design assets and production code across the entire platform.

Requirements

• You have a proven track record bridging design and tech, with a strong background in Mobile Development (SwiftUI, React Native, or Compose) or Frontend engineering.
• You are fluent in HTML/CSS and comfortable with modern development environments (Terminal, Scripts, Git).
• You are passionate about industrializing workflows.
• You have experience building scripts, plugins, or automations (e.g., Figma to Code) and are eager to leverage AI tools.
• You have a strong eye for design and deeply understand how Design Systems work.
• You are comfortable with ambiguity and can define your own roadmap.
