What you will do

• Efficiently design and document tech solutions, discussing non-functional requirements and proposing new tools.
• Develop and monitor metrics, alerts, and system dashboards using Prometheus, Kibana, Grafana, and New Relic.
• Provide technical trainings for newcomers and operational teams.
• Monitor system modules health and performance, supporting operational teams and fixing production issues, including PROD database changes.
• Lead initiatives, gather business requirements, and participate in functional discussions with the Product Team.
• Autonomously develop complex solutions, manage API endpoints, and create/maintain integration and unit tests for backend services.

Requirements

• Solid knowledge and experience with Java.
• Solid knowledge of software engineering concepts.
• Solid knowledge of relational and/or non-relational databases.
• Basic knowledge in HTML, CSS, Javascript.
• Strong sense of ownership and focus on solutions.
• English: Comfortable participating in meetings required.
