🎯 Lead / Senior Affiliat Manager — Cyprus, Limassol 🇨🇾
We’re looking for a Senior / Lead Affiliate Marketing expert to build and scale a high-quality, performance-driven affiliate growth engine for a fast-growing international B2C company.
This is a senior-impact role for someone who knows how to recruit, activate, and scale top-tier affiliate partners while maintaining clean traffic, strong compliance, and sustainable profitability.
📍 Limassol, Cyprus 🇨🇾 (full relocation support provided)
🏗 Your mission:
*Recruit, onboard, and scale high-quality affiliate partners and networks;
*Own affiliate performance: traffic caps, payouts, fraud prevention, and compliance;
*Run weekly execution cycles: new landings, creative packs, partner updates & reporting;
*Partner closely with Funnels team to ship optimized landing pages;
*Work with Creative Studio to deliver high-converting partner materials;
*Collaborate with Growth Ops on tracking, postbacks, and attribution accuracy;
*Maintain a clean, scalable, and profitable affiliate portfolio.
🎯 What we’re looking for:
*5+ years in affiliate marketing within high-risk B2C (iGaming / adult / dating subs);
*Proven track record of recruiting and scaling profitable affiliates;
*Strong negotiation & partner management skills;
*Operational excellence in fraud detection & compliance;
*Experience driving consistent net affiliate profit;
*Ability to activate partners fast and scale live traffic;
*Deep understanding of traffic quality, fraud flags & retention behavior;
*High execution tempo with strong organization;
*Fluent English.
