What you will do

• Participate in the full software development life cycle, ensuring quality at every stage from design to deployment.
• Design and own comprehensive test plans for complex mobile features and cross-functional projects.
• Write, automate, and maintain test cases and contribute to the development of our mobile automation frameworks.
• Analyze defects to identify patterns, risks, and systemic areas for process improvement.
• Recommend and implement improvements to QA processes, tools, and practices specific to mobile testing.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers on complex mobile features and roadmap planning.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or software testing, with significant experience in mobile application testing.
• Strong knowledge and experience of automation frameworks (Python, Pytest, Playwright, Cypress, or mobile-specific frameworks like Appium).
• Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex, multi-platform mobile projects.
• Proven mentorship and leadership capabilities, with experience guiding other QA professionals.
• Strong English and communication skills.
• Experience working with agile software development teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI) and managing test infrastructure for mobile builds.
• Experience in financial software development, understanding regulatory and security requirements.
