4+ years of QA experience (solid foundation in quality engineering)
• Strong knowledge of types of testing (what to test, why, and when)
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies (how to organize testing work effectively)
• Message brokers experience:
◦ RabbitMQ - must-have
◦ Kafka - preferable and will make you very competitive for the role
• CSS locators - must-have (you know how to build stable selectors for UI automation)
• 3+ years of hands-on automation testing with Java stack, including:
◦ Java
◦ JUnit or TestNG
◦ Selenium or Selenide
• Understanding of JSON and XML (reading, validating, using in tests)
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence
• Familiarity with Git and GitLab (as a Continuous Integration tool)
• Readiness to perform manual testing when needed (this is not "automation-only")
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
