What you will do
- Lead the strategic direction, growth and increased profitability of BritBox Australia.
- Lead and grow existing channels and branded services, sustaining audience engagement and commercial performance while identifying new opportunities for hirify.global Studios’ brands and content.
- Lead annual business planning, budget management, and performance reporting.
- Collaborate with the Head of Programming to develop and execute the content strategy across Britbox and hirify.global branded services.
- Lead the marketing, and publicity function to develop strategies to grow awareness, conversion, and retention across services.
- Lead and develop a multi-disciplinary team to deliver a high-performance culture.
Requirements
- Deep commercial and editorial expertise within multi-platform TV and streaming businesses.
- Proven success in P&L management, strategic partnership development and contract negotiation.
- Strong understanding of ANZ media ecosystem and global streaming trends.
- Ability to translate strategy into clear objectives and measurable delivery plans.
- Outstanding leadership and stakeholder management skills in a matrix environment.
