Product Manager

TL;DR

Product Manager: Responsible for leveraging internally developed capabilities and technologies into mature, market-ready products and solutions with an accent on product vision, strategy, and roadmap communication. Focus on gathering requirements from strategic customers, prioritizing needs, and ensuring products meet appropriate maturity levels for proposals and adoption milestones.

Location: Full-time on-site in Tampa, Florida, USA. Only U.S. citizens are eligible for this role due to U.S. Government contract requirements.

hirify.global is a company seeking a Product Manager responsible for leveraging internally developed capabilities and technologies into market-ready products and solutions for hirify.global’s customers within the Defense & Security sector.

What you will do

• Drive and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap with international stakeholders.
• Ensure products achieve appropriate TRL levels prior to being offered as a solution.
• Collaborate with Finance, Contracts, and Legal teams on licensing models and IP tracking.
• Create marketing materials for new products and ensure collection and tracking of license fees.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for the product team and across the company.
• Engage with strategic customers and partners to gather requirements, prioritize needs, and understand business workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in simulation and modeling or related industry.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, product ownership, or product planning.
• Must be eligible for DoD Security Clearance.
• Only U.S. citizens are eligible for this role due to U.S. Government contract requirements.
• Must be able to travel CONUS and to international sites for short durations.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Software Development and Integration, Systems Engineering, and hardware interfaces.
• Knowledge of Agile software development methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and creative thinking skills.
• Domain knowledge of professional concepts including product lifecycle, product plans, and business/licensing models.
