TL;DR
Product Manager: Drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for market-ready simulation and modeling products, ensuring appropriate maturity and market fit. Focus on stakeholder communication, IP management, market research, and customer engagement for advanced defense and security solutions.
Location: This position is full-time on-site in Tampa, USA. Due to U.S. Government contract requirements, only U.S. citizens are eligible for this role. Must be eligible for DoD Security Clearance.

What you will do
- Drive and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap by working with a cross-team, cross-company, international community of stakeholders.
- Ensure products under development reach appropriate TRL level, determine licensing models, and ensure newly generated IP is identified and tracked.
- Work with marketing to create datasheets and other marketing materials, ensuring license fees are collected and tracked for ROI analysis.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for the product team and effectively communicate the availability of new products throughout the company.
- Engage with strategic customers and partners to gather requirements, prioritize needs, and understand business workflows.
- Identify, prioritize, and evangelize the roadmap to meet key market and customer segment adoption milestones.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in simulation and modeling or a related industry.
- 5+ years of experience in product management, product ownership, or product planning with a strong focus on building market-driven products.
- Must be eligible for DoD Security Clearance.
- Due to U.S. Government contract requirements, only U.S. citizens are eligible for this role.
- Knowledge of Software Development and Integration, Systems Engineering, and hardware interfaces.

- Domain knowledge of professional concepts including product lifecycle, product plans, business/licensing models, business rules, legal terms of use, and distribution models.
